LIMITED USE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Limited Use Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you, the end-user, IntBuSoft Ltd. By continuing the installation of this program entitled iANPR (the "Software"), by loading or running the program, or by placing or copying the program onto your computer hard drive, computer RAM or other storage, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Exceptional proprietary rights to the Program and documentation in hard copy and / or electronic form belong to the IntBuSoft Ltd.
In the event that you accept the terms of the license agreement, you are entitled to use the program in accordance with the terms of this license agreement. Otherwise, you must stop installing or using this program.
Types of licenses:
1. iANPR FREE This type of license is intended for free use of a library with limited recognition capabilities: the speed of work is artificially significantly slowed down. This type of license can only be used for educational and / or academic purposes. It is not allowed to distribute the software together with this library.
2. iANPR RUS PRO LIMITED This is a paid license, which provides all the capabilities for recognizing standard and transit Russian plate numbers. It is allowed to use only for own needs within the organization (or only by an individual) that has accepted this license.
3. iANPR RUS PRO EXTENDED LIMITED This is a paid license, which provides all the capabilities for recognizing standard and transit Russian plate numbers, as well as other types of numbers present in this version. It is allowed to use only for own needs within the organization (or only by an individual) that has accepted this license.
4. iANPR RUS PRO FULL This is a paid license, which provides all the capabilities to recognize all types of vehicle plate numbers in the Russian Federation that are present in this version. You can use this license for distribution in the composition with your own software product.
5. iANPR KAZ PRO LIMITED This is a paid license that provides all the capabilities for recognizing private and corporate numbers of Kazakhstan (only rectangular one-line). It is allowed to use only for own needs within the organization (or only by an individual) that has accepted this license.
6. iANPR KAZ PRO FULL This is a paid license, which provides all the opportunities for recognizing private and corporate numbers of Kazakhstan (only rectangular one-line). You can use this license for distribution in the composition with your own software product.
7. iANPR TM PRO LIMITED This is a paid license, which provides all the opportunities for recognizing private and business numbers of Turkmenistan (only rectangular one-line ones). It is allowed to use only for own needs within the organization (or only by an individual) that has accepted this license.
8. iANPR TM PRO FULL This is a paid license, which provides all the opportunities for recognizing private and business numbers of Turkmenistan (only rectangular one-line ones). You can use this license for distribution in the composition with your own software product.
9. iANPR BY PRO LIMITED This is a paid license, which provides all the possibilities for recognizing the numbers of Belarus. It is allowed to use only for own needs within the organization that has accepted this license.
10. iANPR BY PRO FULL This is a paid license, which provides all the possibilities for recognizing the numbers of Belarus. You can use this license for distribution in the composition with your own software product.
11. iANPR PL PRO LIMITED This is a paid license, which provides all the possibilities for recognizing the numbers of Poland. It is allowed to use only for own needs within the organization that has accepted this license.
12. iANPR PL PRO FULL This is a paid license, which provides all the possibilities for recognizing the numbers of Poland. You can use this license for distribution in the composition with your own software product.
13. iANPR LV PRO LIMITED This is a paid license, which provides all the possibilities for recognizing the numbers of Latvia. It is allowed to use only for own needs within the organization that has accepted this license.
14. iANPR LV PRO FULL This is a paid license, which provides all the possibilities for recognizing the numbers of Latvia. You can use this license for distribution in the composition with your own software product.
15. iANPR LT PRO LIMITED This is a paid license, which provides all the possibilities for recognizing the numbers of Lithuania. It is allowed to use only for own needs within the organization that has accepted this license.
16. iANPR LT PRO FULL This is a paid license, which provides all the possibilities for recognizing the numbers of Lithuania. You can use this license for distribution in the composition with your own software product.
17. iANPR EST PRO LIMITED This is a paid license, which provides all the possibilities for recognizing the numbers of Estonia. It is allowed to use only for own needs within the organization that has accepted this license.
18. iANPR EST PRO FULL This is a paid license, which provides all the possibilities for recognizing the numbers of Estonia. You can use this license for distribution in the composition with your own software product.
19. iANPR UA PRO LIMITED This is a paid license, which provides all the possibilities for recognizing the numbers of Ukraine. It is allowed to use only for own needs within the organization that has accepted this license.
20. iANPR UA PRO FULL This is a paid license, which provides all the possibilities for recognizing the numbers of Ukraine. You can use this license for distribution in the composition with your own software product.
21. iANPR MD PRO LIMITED This is a paid license, which provides all the possibilities for recognizing the numbers of Moldova. It is allowed to use only for own needs within the organization that has accepted this license.
22. iANPR MD PRO FULL This is a paid license, which provides all the possibilities for recognizing the numbers of Moldova. You can use this license for distribution in the composition with your own software product.
23. iANPR PRO FULL ALL This is a paid license that provides all the capabilities for recognizing the numbers of the iANPR library for all countries currently supported. You can use this license for distribution in the composition with your own software product.
24. ARM – this designation characterizes a separate product covered by this license agreement, but other pricing rules.
It is possible to combine licenses to recognize the numbers of different countries. Terms of sharing are available on the website http://intbusoft.com/products/iANPR/.
Prohibitions with Regard to Software.

All rights granted to you under the Agreement are deemed to be non-exclusive. You are not entitled to transfer the non-exclusive rights received by you under this Agreement to third parties neither in full nor in part. Below are presented, the restrictions

Permitted copying.

  You may use this program on any number of computers owned by you.
2. Permitted copying for licenses with the word LIMITED in the title:
  You have the right to use this program on any number of computers owned by the you (not provided on a lease to other individuals or legal entities).
3. Permitted copying for licenses with the word FREE in the title:
  You have the right to use this program on any number of computers.
Additional terms of use.

For licenses with the word FULL in the title: ЛYou can attach the Software to an executable file or dinamic library and distribute it to other users, including for commercial purposes. You can use the Software in online services, the Internet and so on. It is forbidden to create a derived development kit (SDK) based on the Software. ATTENTION! Check your way of distributing the software before purchasing this license. IntBuSoft Ltd has the right to indicate on its Internet resources (including http://intbusoft.com, http://intbusoft.ru and all pages of this resource) information about you: name, official site, text about that the Software is used in your development.
Payment.

The license fee is determined by the current price of the Software and is available on the website of IntBuSoft Ltd (http://intbusoft.com or http://intbusoft.com/products/iANPR/), which must be paid to IntBuSoft Ltd before the Software is provided.
Delivery.

For a license in which there is no FREE word, the IntBuSoft Ltd transmits a link to the license version or license key of the Software within 2 (two) business days after the day of receiving the payment from you. Delivery is carried out in the form of dynamic libraries (dll, so).
Term of the agreement.

The agreement comes into force from the date of receipt to the account of IntBuSoft Ltd remuneration and is valid for 30 (thirty) years.
The possibility for termination of the Agreement on the initiative of the IntBuSoft Ltd .

The IntBuSoft Ltd may terminate the Agreement if you do not comply with the terms and conditions.
The possibility for termination of the Agreement on your initiative.

You can at any time unilaterally terminate the Agreement, destroying all available copies of the Software.
A responsibility.

A party that has not fulfilled, or has performed improperly its obligations under this Agreement, is liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Geography of the Agreement.

This license allows you to use the programs in any country in the world (but only in the number of copies in accordance with clause 4-5 of this Agreement), except for those prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Guarantee of verification before purchase.

By accepting this license agreement, you guarantee that you have evaluated the quality of the Software and the ability to recognize car numbers based on the Demo version, the link to which is available on the IntBuSoft's website (http://intbusoft.com/ or http://intbusoft.com/Products/iANPR/), and are satisfied with the quality of recognition.
Migration from older versions

When upgrading the Software you purchased earlier (earlier version), you agree to this Agreement. If you disagree with this Agreement because of more stringent requirements than the old version of the license, you have the right to use the old (purchased earlier) version of the Software.
No ID Warranties.
INTBUSOFT LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, THE PRINTED MATERIALS AND THE INTBUSOFT LTD IMAGES. INTBUSOFT LTD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OR THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. ADDITIONAL STATEMENTS SUCH AS PRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES BY INTBUSOFT LTD AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON. This section 16. shall survive the cancellation or termination of this Agreement.
